Records we must keep for tax, abuse reports, or lawful requests from authorities.
Your rights

Retention & transfers
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: active accounts until deletion, backups on a rolling schedule, and legal/tax records as required.
Our hosting and email providers may process data in the EU, UK, US, or other regions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
